The ISW Limits research team is aimed at generating applied scientific knowledge with regard to
 
·         the measurement of psychosocial aspects (well-being, health, motivation, performance, etc.) in organizations and the public sector
 
·         the critical factors concerning these psychosocial factors
 
·         the effects of prevention and intervention in this field
 
·         the active processes and underlying mechanisms of changes that are the outcome of these preventions and interventions
 
By that, the research team wishes to found the actions and tools of ISW Limits and keep them up-to-date, as well as supply input for the development of new services and tools.
