History

ISW nv – Limits vzw is a spin-off company of the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and the Université Catholique de Louvain and is specialised in the optimisation of human relations in organisations. ISW Limits nv uses scientific-based tools and methods for this.

ISW was founded at the end of 1998, stimulated by professors who are specialists in the field of work and organisation, conduct, health and well-being. They are associated with the universities of Leuven and Nijmegen. Later they were joined by professors from the universities of Liège and Louvain-La-Neuve. In December 2005, a partnership agreement was established between ISW and Limits (an advice, counselling, and training centre with regard to undesirable conduct, set up in 1993).

ISW Limits nv consists of some 15 permanent consultant trainers and a network of 30 freelance psychologists/therapists spread across Flanders and Wallonia.
