Why surveys?
There are various reasons why you might want to have a survey conducted in your organisation, in conjunction with ISW Limits:
In your own interest and that of your employees...

first, to gain insights into the satisfaction, motivation, constructive attitudes and the engagement of your personnel and the steps that you could take to improve them;
- second, to gain insights into potential risks related, for example, to intention to leave the company, stress-related complaints, absenteeism, unacceptable conduct and unsafe behaviour of your personnel, and the measures that you can take to prevent that.
To comply, as employers must, to the European directives or the national legal obligations related to psychosocial risk analyses:

quantitative screening: by means of a questionnaire, the opinions and feelings of your personnel are quantified and analysed;
- participative research: in individual interviews or group discussions, specific themes are explored in more detail in order to identify problem areas.
