ISW Limits N.V. is a spin-off from the University of Louvain. It specialises in well-being at work. Our core expertise is based on the following themes:
Optimisation of the factors that promote well-being and productivity in the workplace:
- Satisfaction
- Motivation
- Commitment
- Loyalty
- Cooperation
Reduction of the factors that interfere with well-being and productivity in the workplace:
- Stress
- Physical and psychological complaints
- Undesirable behaviour (bullying, sexual harassment, aggression)
- Conflicts
- Traumatic experiences
- Absenteeism
- Personnel turnover
In order to achieve those objectives, ISW Limits has developed a variety of services and tools over the years, and constantly refined them. We have been able to do that because of our expertise in three areas:
• Analysis to identify the relevant factors and to provide concrete proposals for improving wellness
• Actions to create change in the area of welfare at work
• Research to validate and test the effectiveness of our own services and tools scientifically
ISW Limits was created in December 2005 by the joint-venture agreement between the Institute for Stress and Work (ISW) and Limits vzw. ISW Limits celebrated its tenth anniversary on 19 February 2009.
