About ISW Limits

ISW Limits N.V. is a spin-off from the University of Louvain. It specialises in well-being at work. Our core expertise is based on the following themes:

Optimisation of the factors that promote well-being and productivity in the workplace:

  • Satisfaction
  • Motivation
  • Commitment
  • Loyalty
  • Cooperation

Reduction of the factors that interfere with well-being and productivity in the workplace:

  • Stress
  • Physical and psychological complaints
  • Undesirable behaviour (bullying, sexual harassment, aggression)
  • Conflicts
  • Traumatic experiences
  • Absenteeism
  • Personnel turnover

In order to achieve those objectives, ISW Limits has developed a variety of services and tools over the years, and constantly refined them. We have been able to do that because of our expertise in three areas:

Analysis to identify the relevant factors and to provide concrete proposals for improving wellness

Actions to create change in the area of welfare at work

Research to validate and test the effectiveness of our own services and tools scientifically

ISW Limits was created in December 2005 by the joint-venture agreement between the Institute for Stress and Work (ISW) and Limits vzw. ISW Limits celebrated its tenth anniversary on 19 February 2009.
